Siete Foods Chamoy Botana Sauce is a sweet and tangy blend of fruits and peppers. With chiles to give it a hint of spice and its vibrant shade of red, dates for just the right amount of sweetness, and limes & hibiscus for tang—just like the chamoy we grew up eating! Chamoy is a big part of Mexican-American food culture. It’s not only undeniably delicious, but it’s extremely versatile and used as a sauce, condiment, and dip.

RECIPE

Elevate your celebrations and gatherings with these exceptional shot glasses, infusing your experience with the authentic charm of Mexico's rich culinary heritage. Our friend, Nicole Presley, Author of ¡Viva Desserts!, was inspired by the flavors of Mexican candy to create this exclusive recipe just for you. Read on for her tasty recipe!

RECIPE

Teams of 6-10 workers, led by skilled glassblowers, oversee the intricate process. The apprentices handle fundamental tasks such as tending to the fires and supplying the necessary materials to each artisan. The glass begins as molten glass, which is then shaped like a cigar and adorned with a blue/green band. The craftsman commences the blowing and rolling process to give it form. Afterwards, the glass is heated until it acquires a tempered state and emits a reddish glow. It is then placed in a mold and blown to achieve the desired size. Subsequently, it is passed on to the experienced craftsman who refines its shape through rolling, before it undergoes final tempering in the oven.
